Managing Director, Growth
Raul combines his extensive experience in operations and management with proven skills and talent for system design and analytics to our Managing Director, Growth position. Having a breadth of responsibilities in the Marine Corps, from aviation, joint operations management, human resource strategy to installation resource planning and execution, he is able to direct the company’s business functions from a diverse exposure to complex federal business activities.
He received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and completed his graduate studies with an MS in Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Raul and his wife reside in Northern Virginia with their three children.
