SteerBridge Selected for U.S. Marine Corps Super Intelligence Initiative to Strengthen Aviation Readiness
Company will support efforts to predict aircraft maintenance needs, forecast spare-parts demand, improve aviation planning.

VIENNA, Va. – SteerBridge has been selected by the U.S. Marine Corps to advance super intelligence and machine learning capabilities aimed at improving aviation readiness through predictive maintenance, aviation supply forecasting, and data-driven operational planning.

The initiative seeks to help Marine Corps aviation units anticipate maintenance requirements, better position critical spare parts, and make more informed planning decisions, reducing the risk of unexpected aircraft downtime and supporting mission readiness.

“As a former pilot, I know how important it is for squadrons to have the right parts at the right time and at the right place,” said SteerBridge Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rob Schroder. “Better data and earlier insight into maintenance and supply needs can help teams plan ahead, reduce avoidable delays, and make more informed decisions. We’re proud to support Marine Aviation while challenging the status quo to harness emerging technologies that deliver faster, more actionable data and insights that warfighters and military leaders can trust to make critical decisions. We applaud Marine Aviation leadership for accelerating the delivery of this much needed capability to the warfighter.”

With more than 500 employees, SteerBridge brings vast experience in defense technology, providing mission-critical solutions to complex missions that enhance national security and optimize taxpayer dollars. The initiative builds on SteerBridge’s experience supporting Department of War aviation sustainment and analytics, including work in the F-35 ecosystem. The planned effort, pending contract award, aligns with broader priorities to modernize military aviation support through predictive analytics and more responsive, data-driven decision-making.
