We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Database Administrator (DBA) for our F-35 AI/ML Spares Project. As the most advanced fighter jet in the world, the F-35 strengthens national security, enhances global partnerships and powers economic growth. SteerBridge's F-35 AI/ML Spares Project is at the forefront of applying advanced computational analytics to revolutionize supply chain management in the aerospace industry. Our team is dedicated to harnessing the power of AI/ML to increase parts availability and reduce maintenance wait times, ultimately maximizing aircraft availability. In collaboration with the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS), we are on a mission to deliver exceptional solutions that will redefine operational readiness for the F-35 program and beyond. 

In this role, you will be responsible for performing database administration tasks on-site within the existing systems of record with multiple databases. Your mission will be to enhance and optimize data entry, management, and extraction within this database to ensure its usability within our WASPO system. This position also involves mentoring and collaborating with Marines at the squadron level, requiring a deep understanding of squadron-specific operations and a commitment to improving data entry and indexing practices. As a crucial link between our existing systems and data development, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our data processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With a keen emphasis on Veteran and Military Spouse hiring, the Sourcing Specialist will identify and interact with both active and passive candidates, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and follow-up on employee referrals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Extensive name generation research; actively source and identify qualified candidates utilizing various recruiting technologies and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed) and internal tracking system.
  • Develop a pipeline of talent through multiple sourcing channels for current roles and future hiring needs; recommend and drive improvements of talent pipeline.
  • Proactively pipeline for various technical profiles (e.g., Development, Product, Program, Data Engineering) from junior to senior level technology professionals.
  • Review and appraise applicant resume against job description and recommend qualified candidates to Recruiter.
  • Responsible for candidate intake; creating candidate record in internal tracking system and maintaining data integrity of internal tracking system.
  • Review client position responsibilities and skills requirements to understand the staffing needs of the client.
  • Prepare job descriptions in accordance with client’s position responsibilities and skills requirements and post jobs on various online platforms.
  • Effectively manage multiple requisitions simultaneously; work across varying technical skills for multiple requisitions and prioritize workload based on business and client needs.
  • Craft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates; promote the SteerBridge Brand when reaching out to candidates on various platforms.
  • Keep track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and report on them.
  • Follow-up on leads that come from our employee referral program.

REQUIRED

  • Must be a US Citizen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Handle incoming contacts via electronic media such as:
    • Telephone (via toll-free access numbers).
    • Electronic mail.
    • SMS/text messaging.
    • Web-Chat submissions.
    • Self-service web portal.
  • Act as the single interface and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all communications with and between end-users and resolver groups regarding all incidents and tickets.
  • Provide end-to-end ownership and ticket management through either direct resolution or escalation / interaction with appropriate resolver groups.
  • Provide end-to-end ownership of all tickets, including logging, categorizing, prioritizing, and recording resolutions.
  • Provide timely response to all tickets based on priority and impact.
  • Communicate status of incidents to end-users as status changes.
  • Transfer the incident to the appropriate work queue as required.
  • Immediately perform a warm transfer to the appropriate application resolver group for applications issues.
  • Provide and maintain ownership of service request (SR) lifecycle (end-to-end ownership) and provide timely response to SR’s based on priority.
  • Communicate status of SRs to end-users as status changes.
  • Transfer the SR to the appropriate resolver group as required.
  • Maintain oversight for monitoring, controlling, and ensuring timely resolution of SRs.
  • Escalate urgent, business critical, and VIP (if option exercised) SRs according to established procedures.
