Leadership Team

As the founder of SteerBridge, Rob brings to the firm more than 25 years of leadership experience serving both in the military and the private sector. A retired Marine Corps Harrier pilot, Rob founded SteerBridge with a special emphasis on elevating the stature of Veterans in the private sector by integrating their experience into federal projects. Rob can blend his operational, congressional, and acquisition expertise developed in the Marine Corps with his management success while at the US Chamber of Commerce to deliver effective results for SteerBridge customers.

Rob serves as the Finance Chairman for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Additionally, Rob serves as the Finance Chairman for the American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association (AAFMAA).

He received a B.S. from the Naval Academy and holds M.S. degrees from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and the Marine Corps University. In addition, he received his M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a Global Supply Chain Management Certificate from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler School of Business.

Rob and his wife Debbie reside in Northern Virginia with their four children.

As a partner, Doug Lee brings nearly three decades of finance management, executive leadership, and federal services expertise to SteerBridge. A sought-after corporate advisor, Lee has earned a reputation for fostering transformative and explosive growth, both organically or through acquisitions, wherever he has focused his energies; from the world's largest public relations firm to healthcare staffing, and private equity-backed federal services. His breadth and depth of experience, precise analytical abilities, and a keen eye for process improvement have guided SteerBridge's breakout performance on the federal contracting stage, enabling the company to scale quickly to meet growing demands in the Veteran services landscape.

Doug resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and their two children.

Raul combines his extensive experience in operations and management with proven skills and talent for system design and analytics to our Managing Director, Growth position. Having a breadth of responsibilities in the Marine Corps, from aviation, joint operations management, and human resource strategy to installation resource planning and execution, he can direct the company’s business functions from a diverse exposure to complex federal business activities.

He received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and completed his graduate studies with an MS in Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Raul and his wife reside in Northern Virginia with their three children.

Dr. Lisa Sedlock, Ed.D., is a highly accomplished certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Her career has been distinguished by her exceptional leadership in product delivery and project execution, with a special focus on directing technology integrations and strategic initiatives. Lisa is effective in operational management, evaluation of program metrics and forecasting, and developing and delivering data-driven dashboards and presentations. She is proficient in establishing and evaluating organizational goals and outcomes and implementing operational business process solutions to build efficiency.

Lisa received an MA in Educational Administration and an Ed.D. in Curriculum & Instruction with an emphasis in Educational Technology from the University of Florida. Lisa also holds a graduate certificate in Institutional Research from Florida State University, is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Lisa is the proud wife of a retired Army officer and lives in Ohio with her husband and five children.

Devin oversees technical work, including Software and Data Engineering. His past work includes development and operational support as acting CTO of the Special Operations Joint Task Force in Afghanistan. He is an avid platform evangelist who manages, trains, and mentor’s technologists to achieve strategic objectives.

His extensive technical background includes a Master of Science in IT and over twenty years of using technology to solve problems for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He is also a dual Marine and Army Veteran who understands the unique challenges of government IT solutions.

Devin and his wife reside in Colorado with their three children.

Bill Gray joined SteerBridge in February 2023.  Bill comes to us after a career as a Marine Corps officer in aviation logistics where he commanded Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 31 (MALS-31) and MALS-40.  Over the course of his career, Bill rotated between the operating forces and multiple tours in the Washington D.C. area serving at the Joint Staff, F-35 Joint Program Office, and multiple times at Headquarters Marine Corps.  Additionally, almost a third of Bill’s career was on recruiting duty where he was Marine Corps Recruiting Command’s Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, the commander of Marine Corps Recruiting Station Fort Worth, Texas, and the commander of the 6th Marine Corps District.  Bill’s expertise in logistics, military recruiting, defense acquisitions, and joint operations provides SteerBridge customers with a unique perspective in solving their most difficult challenges. 

Bill received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina.  He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College.
