After retiring from the U.S. Marine Corps, I knew I still wanted to serve—I just needed to find a new way to do it. At SteerBridge, I get to do exactly that. As the Creative Lead, I help shape the messaging and solutions that support our active-duty personnel and Veterans behind the scenes. Being surrounded by fellow retired Marines made the transition smoother—it felt like stepping into a new unit with the same sense of purpose. For me, continuing to serve—even from the sidelines—is what makes this next chapter so meaningful.
