For Brittany Faucette, Corporate Recruiter on our Talent Management team, that’s not a slogan—it’s the day-to-day work of building pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring every candidate has a clear, respectful experience from first touch to offer.

“I support the full-cycle recruitment process at STEERBRIDGE,” Brittany says. “That means strategic sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication—making sure the experience is smooth and every hiring team has what they need to decide quickly.”

 

Brittany’s toolkit blends proven process with modern platforms: our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional communities, and structured behavioral interviewing. The result is a candidate journey that’s transparent and efficient—one that respects a candidate’s time while helping hiring managers move with confidence.

Who benefits? “Candidates and Veterans, of course,” she notes, “but also hiring managers, internal project teams, and ultimately the customers we support.” When roles are filled on time, programs stand up on schedule, teams get the right skills on day one, and our federal partners see momentum immediately.

Recently, Brittany helped fill several high-priority positions under tight timelines. That speed mattered. “Those hires allowed the program to launch without delay and support successful contract performance,” she explains. It’s a simple equation: faster fills, faster impact.
