With a 100% hiring rate through partnerships with Hiring Our Heroes, DoD SkillBridge, The Honor Foundation, and the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), the company has set a new benchmark for inclusive employment practices. These initiatives reinforce SteerBridge's dedication to leveraging the unique skills of Veterans and their families​​.

Delivering Impactful Solutions

SteerBridge's contributions to digital transformation stood out in 2024. The Digital GI Bill Modernization, in partnership with Accenture Federal Services, continued to revolutionize Veterans’ access to education benefits. The project has reduced processing times from 30 days to mere minutes, significantly enhancing Veterans’ experiences. The success of this project demonstrates SteerBridge’s ability to execute large-scale modernization initiatives​​.

Another key success was the Weighted All Support Parts Optimizer (WASPO) for the U.S. Marine Corps F-35B program. This project, leveraging AI and machine learning, optimized the allocation of spare parts, reduced wait times, and enhanced aircraft readiness.
