Built for the Mission
Growth Through Delivery:
SteerBridge Aligns Leadership for Its Next Phase of Mission Impact
With more than 300 professionals supporting aviation readiness, Veterans modernization, and secure payment infrastructure, SteerBridge strengthens leadership to meet growing federal demand.
Growth only matters if it strengthens the mission.
This week at SteerBridge, we announced several leadership promotions and organizational updates designed to align our leadership structure with the pace of our delivery and the opportunities ahead.
Over the past year, SteerBridge has grown to more than 300 professionals supporting federal missions across defense aviation, Veterans services modernization, enterprise technology operations, and secure financial infrastructure.
That growth has not come from chasing contracts. It has come from disciplined delivery and trusted partnerships.
As our CEO shared with the team this week:
[ The new promotions and organizational improvements will allow us to better deliver on our current work, while enabling the rapid growth that this team has worked hard to achieve. Now it's up to us to fully maximize the opportunities we have created for SteerBridge and our customers ]
The leadership updates announced this week are designed to ensure that as SteerBridge grows, our ability to deliver grows with it.
Mission Delivery in Action
Across SteerBridge programs, our teams are solving complex operational challenges for federal agencies.
In defense aviation, SteerBridge’s Aviation Tech Team works alongside Marine aviation partners to strengthen operational readiness through advanced analytics and data-driven decision support.
By applying machine learning models and operational data, our teams help forecast spare parts demand, improve logistics planning, and give commanders clearer insight into fleet readiness and sustainment decisions.
The same delivery-focused mindset carries through to our work supporting Veterans.
SteerBridge teams are helping modernize critical VA systems, including the Digital GI Bill modernization effort, where our engineers and architects support software development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integration that enables more efficient management of Veterans’ education benefits.
SteerBridge is also supporting one of the Department of Veterans Affairs’ most important transformation efforts: Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM). Whether it is through our facility and infrastructure upgrades supporting EHRM implementation as part of our Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) work, or through technical systems integration supporting the Oracle EHR platform, SteerBridge teams are helping modernize the systems and infrastructure that power Veterans healthcare delivery. Across both the physical and digital layers of this effort, SteerBridge stands at the forefront of modernization at the VA.
Across programs in defense and Veterans services, the same principle continues to guide how SteerBridge grows:
Growth follows delivery.
Leadership for the Next Chapter
To support continued expansion across these mission areas, SteerBridge is strengthening its leadership structure.
These promotions reflect both the impact these leaders have already delivered and the responsibility they now carry to guide the company’s next phase of growth.
Aviation
Marine aviation programs have experienced significant expansion as the need for data-driven readiness and sustainment capabilities grows.
To support this momentum:
→ Greg Summa has been promoted to President of Aviation
→ Kate Murray has been promoted to Managing Director of Aviation
Their leadership has been instrumental in advancing SteerBridge’s aviation portfolio and strengthening partnerships with Marine aviation organizations.
As our CEO noted in announcing the promotion:
“This program epitomizes growth through delivery, and we are delivering for Marine Aviation.”

Veterans Affairs Portfolio
SteerBridge is strengthening leadership across its expanding Veterans Affairs portfolio, which spans enterprise technology services, benefits modernization, and major healthcare transformation initiatives.
This work includes programs supporting VA enterprise technology operations, education benefits modernization, and healthcare system modernization, including support for Electronic Health Record modernization and digital platform delivery.
To support the continued growth of this portfolio:
→ Charles Tapp II has been promoted to Managing Director and will serve as Program Manager across key Veterans Affairs initiatives
These programs represent some of the most complex modernization efforts underway across the federal government. SteerBridge teams contribute across software engineering, data architecture, systems integration, and program management to help the Department of Veterans Affairs deliver faster, more reliable services to the Veteran community.
From improving how education benefits are processed to supporting enterprise technology systems that power healthcare delivery, this work reflects SteerBridge’s commitment to building systems that serve Veterans with the efficiency, dignity, and reliability they deserve.

Operations and Professional Services
As SteerBridge continues to scale, operational infrastructure must grow alongside program delivery.
To support this, Bill Gray has been promoted to President of Operations and Professional Services, where he will lead a newly formed division encompassing:
→ Internal operations
→ HR and recruiting
→ Contract management
→ Professional services programs including EHRM, DGI, and Enterprise Service Desk support
This structure strengthens the operational backbone that enables SteerBridge teams to scale responsibly while maintaining a focus on disciplined execution.

Cloud Partnerships
To expand SteerBridge’s technology partnerships, Dr. Lisa Wertz will serve as Managing Director of Cloud Partnerships.
Lisa previously supported the company’s growth infrastructure and helped position SteerBridge for major contract wins across the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Treasury, and the U.S. Marine Corps.
Her new role focuses on expanding strategic relationships across the major federal cloud ecosystems and translating SteerBridge’s delivery experience into new modernization opportunities.

Payments
SteerBridge’s payments capability is also entering a new phase of operational delivery as the company expands its work supporting modern government financial infrastructure.
Bryan Schroder will assume day-to-day leadership of the Payments team, supporting the expansion of SteerBridge’s secure payment infrastructure capabilities.
This week also marks an important milestone.
SteerBridge is now live executing payments on behalf of government partners, helping agencies operate with greater speed, transparency, and responsiveness.
For too long, government payment systems have relied on outdated processes that slow delivery and create friction for the people they are meant to serve.
By combining secure financial technology with mission-driven delivery, our teams are helping government organizations move funds faster, manage disbursements more effectively, and ultimately serve citizens with the reliability they deserve.
Because when government systems work better, people’s lives improve.

A Leadership Structure Built for Scale
Alongside these promotions, SteerBridge has organized management into four leadership groups:
→ Executive Team
→ CEO Advisors
→ Leadership Team
→ Strategic Advisors
This framework strengthens coordination between strategy, operations, and advisory expertise as the company continues to grow.
Where We’re Headed
The mission remains unchanged.
SteerBridge exists to solve hard problems for federal partners and to build systems that strengthen readiness, improve services for Veterans, and modernize the infrastructure government relies on every day.
But the scale of that mission is growing.
Across aviation readiness, Veterans benefits modernization, enterprise technology operations, and secure financial infrastructure, the opportunities ahead are significant.
So is the responsibility that comes with them.
The leadership changes announced this week ensure that SteerBridge is structured to meet that moment.
Because growth is not the goal.
Impact is.
And the next chapter of SteerBridge will be defined by the same principle that built the company:
Deliver results. Earn trust. Then grow the mission.
