Vienna, VA — SteerBridge, a mission driven technology solutions company, announced today that Scott Gilliland will join the company as President, Payments, to lead its expansion into modern financial infrastructure and digital disbursement solutions across federal, state, and commercial markets.

In his new role, Gilliland will lead SteerBridge’s efforts to develop and deliver next-generation payment platforms that integrate artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics to improve speed, transparency, and mission outcomes.

Gilliland brings more than three decades of experience leading large-scale digital, data, and technology transformation initiatives for some of the world’s most complex organizations. He most recently served as a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP (EY), where he advised Fortune-scale enterprises on technology strategy, modernization, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and advanced analytics.
Prior to EY, Gilliland served as Chief Development Officer at JPMorgan Chase, where he led a global technology transformation initiative spanning more than 45,000 professionals. In that role, he helped align technology and business strategy while advancing a multi-year modernization effort that reshaped the firm’s delivery model.
Earlier in his career, Gilliland was a Partner at Accenture, where he led large-scale enterprise transformation programs across industries, including work supporting the recovery and stabilization of Healthcare.gov.
